Lead Driver Refresh

Updating an aging industry-standard tool to drive better results.

My Role:

Lead UX Designer – Cross Collaboration Team

Duties:

Interaction and Visual Design, AB Testing, Development Consultation

Overview:

Some of the pain points of the product revealed that the tool was time-consuming and the process was too long. Additionally, some styled elements were confusing users and therefore exit rate was high. We looked for the low-hanging fruit to update this product making the process faster and bringing clarity to the tasks.

Execution:

We delivered high and low-fidelity flat mocks as well as specs using the Adobe Extract tool. The initial tests and feedback showed these changes produced the highest results for the tool to date.

Tools:

Wireframe, low fidelity mocks, Photoshop, Extract
